Dear Supporter, Walking in the woods

What better way to spend a weekend than enjoying a walk through a wood? The sway of branches heavy with leaves, the cooling breeze as you meander along, and the occasional glimpse of wildlife making you feel like your miles away from anywhere.

That's why we have packaged up a series of downloadable walks stretching from the Lake District to the Wye Valley and from the Welsh Borders to coastal town of Sheringham in Norfolk. Each walk includes detailed information about the terrain, the sights and sounds you might hear along the way and a detailed map to help you find your way.

We also have a number of fantastic woodland events happening over the coming weeks which are listed below from guided walks to teddy bears picnics, so why not come along or take your own woodland adventure in a wood near you.

Kind regards,

Norman Starks
Woodland Operations Director
